The Smoker

After having a 'smaller' offset smoker by Craig and Mandy at Bullockhead creek Smokers we knew we had to get another one. She's a 34inch x 3m cook chamber with insulated firebox and warming cabinet. A beast of a rig which can hold around 30 full sized briskets comfortably plus sides.

The first offset smoker, a little harder to control the temp due to the thin walls, however if you can master this one, you'll be a pitmaster in no time.
