Mitch and Mel

Mitch and Mel have always loved cooking up a storm,  ever since Mitchs old man built a brick wood fired BBQ in the back yard of their family home, he has been in love with outdoor bbq cooking. His love for Low 'N' Slow Bbq came about after watching some online video's on bbq comps in the states, then with the insurgence of competition bbq within Australia able to attend and now judging at some of the biggest bbq comps in Australia at events such as Meatstock Sydney, Meatstock Toowoomba and Smoke in Broke. Mitch and Mel motto is 'no one goes home hungry'. Their love of food has been enduring for over 20years and have 3 kids together. Charli, Levi and Milli all have a place with-in the Smokin M Family working along side Mum and Dad.
